About Goods Freight  

1. What is the freight process if we cooperate with you?

Our shipping process operates as follows:

a. After your goods are ready, we will arrange for pick-up from the supplier to our warehouse, and we will require suppliers to fill out commercial invoices and the required transportation documents.

b. After the goods arrive at our warehouse, please check the goods and confirm the accurate weight and size with you, and send you a shipping invoice to confirm payment.

c. For goods shipped by sea or air, we will arrange export customs clearance.

d. When the goods are delivered, we will send you the tracking number for sea or air freight.

e. After the goods arrive at the destination port/airport, the carrier will contact you to complete the import customs and duties.

f. After that, the goods will be transported to your designated address.

2. What is the process of sea freight？

In sea freight, the agent books cabin space or containers and then packages your goods. Then your goods are moved to the port and loaded onto the ship after customs declaration. When the ship arrives at the destination port, you can handle customs clearance, pay customs duties, value-added tax, and other taxes.

3. How long does it take for different shipping ways?

For express: It takes about 3-4 days;

For air shipping: It takes about 5-7 days;

For sea shipping: It takes about 30-50 days;

For rail shipping: It takes about 25-35 days.

For truck shipping: It takes about 22-28 days.

4. Why do you have to require volume and weight to get a exact quote for sea or air shipments?

Shipment rates are based on gross volume or weight, (we charge as the larger one). To calculate the volume of a shipment, the dimensions of each carton should be required.

5. What is the minimum charge weight for different shipping ways?

MOQ：0.5KG for express shipping；1 CBM for sea freight；45KG for air freight; 0.01KG for drop shipping; 25KG for road shipping.

6. How to track my parcel?

You can track your cargo and monitor its complete transportation status

by communicating with us or through online tracking website we given you.  

7. How to do if the goods are damaged or lost during transportation?

The first step is to take photos of the damaged goods. The second step is to call the carrier, file a claim for damage and request an inspection to obtain the damage record number. The third step is to contact us so that we can understand the situation and provide assistance you needed.
